This book consists of the proceedings of the most recent Oxford Law Colloquium, which was concerned with the global regulation of the securities market. It is particularly topical in the light of recent regulatory failures in financial markets, notably the collapse of Barings Bank. The contributors to this volume, experienced lawyers and economists from the USA and the UK, have produced essays which review and analyze recent developments and approaches to the legal and regulatory challenges.
